Book treatments and arrive
To secure your desired treatment, we recommend booking these before arrival. You will receive your appointment confirmation directly on arrival in our hotel.
Please arrive approx. 10 minutes before the start of your treatment, and enjoy a cup of tea in the waiting area. We will collect you from there. Out of respect for the next guests, we ask for your understanding of the fact, that if you are late, your treatment time must be reduced.
Clothing
Please come to your treatment in your bathrobe. To protect your privacy, we offer you disposable panties for each treatment, and are mindful of your personal space during the treatment. The exception is the sauna area, which is defined as a naked area in our hotel.
Cancellations
We can accept appointment cancellations free of charge, up to 24 hours in advance - you will be charged 50% for short notice cancellations – we ask for your understanding in this matter.
