Bank Account Details
If you have already made a deposit and have not yet received confirmation of payment from us, we kindly ask you to check with us no later than the evening before your departure to ensure that the payment has been received.
You will find our bank details on your booking confirmation. Please contact us directly if you require further information.
Check In
Check-in to your room is guaranteed from 3:00 pm. However, you are welcome to arrive from 1:00 pm and enjoy our afternoon buffet. Please note that, for organisational reasons, the wellness area can only be used once your room is available.
An early check-in without a room, including breakfast and spa access in the morning, can be booked for €25 per person. An early check-in with a room may be added at short notice subject to availability and costs €40 per person, including breakfast.
Our reception is staffed until 10:00 pm. If you plan to arrive later than 8:00 pm, please contact us in advance, as our guests are usually invited to the table for dinner by 8:00 pm. Depending on your arrival time, you may still enjoy part of the menu, or we will be happy to prepare a cold plate for you.
Check Out
Please vacate your room and check out by 11:00 am. You are also welcome to settle your bill at the reception the evening before, until 9:30 pm.
We are happy to offer a SPA Late Check-Out. This includes use of the wellness area until 5:00 pm as well as the afternoon buffet and is charged at €25.00 per person.
Subject to availability, a Late Check-Out with room can also be booked. This option is charged at €40.00 per person and includes the room, the afternoon buffet and use of the wellness area until 5:00 pm.
Cancellation Policy
Enjoy the anticipation of your upcoming holiday – after all, anticipation is the greatest joy. To help you plan your stay with peace of mind, you will find our cancellation policy below.
Our cancellation policy:
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
- Within 14 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
- Within 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
- In case of no-show: 100% of the total price; in case of early departure, the remaining nights will be charged.
To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. This can be added directly in your booking confirmation or arranged through our reception.
Payment Options
You are welcome to settle your bill in cash, by debit card (EC card), or with VISA, Euro/MasterCard and Diners Club. Please note that we do not accept American Express cards. If you have already made a deposit and have not yet received confirmation of payment from us, we kindly ask you to check with us no later than the evening before your departure to ensure that the payment has been received.
Bathrobe and slippers
So that you can feel completely comfortable from the very first moment, we have prepared a wellness bag in your room or suite with a cosy bathrobe and towels. Both are, of course, available to you free of charge throughout your entire stay. If the size of the bathrobe does not fit, please feel free to contact our reception – we will be happy to assist you right away.
Out of love for nature and in our continuous effort to contribute to environmental protection, we place great importance on sustainable practices. For this reason, we deliberately avoid providing disposable bath slippers in the room as a standard. We kindly ask you to bring your own slippers for the spa area. If you do not have any with you, we will of course be happy to provide a pair free of charge at our reception.
Pets
Thank you for your understanding that pets are not permitted in our hotel. But don’t worry – you won’t be completely without animal company! Our resident hotel cat Schnurri takes care of the occasional furry encounter. Charming, a little independent and perfectly at home here, she brings her own special character to the house. This way the atmosphere remains calm and relaxed – and Schnurri gets to enjoy her territory all to herself.
Kids & Extra Bed Options
We are happy to provide cots or baby beds for children.
Children’s rates:
0–2 years: €30.00
3–9 years: €75.00
10–14 years: €90.00
Price per child per night. For children aged 14 and over, the local guest tax applies additionally.
Allergies and Intolerances
Your health is important to us. Please inform us in advance (before your arrival) of any food intolerances or allergies so that we can accommodate your needs and tailor your meals individually during your stay.
Dresscode
Dress with style – even at meals
We kindly ask our guests to wear appropriate clothing for breakfast and dinner.
Bathrobes, slippers or similar casual wear are not permitted in the restaurant area. In the afternoon, you are welcome to serve yourself at the buffet in a bathrobe and take a seat in the lobby or on the terrace. Swimwear such as bikinis and swim trunks is not allowed at the buffet.

- P1, P2, P3 – Our guest parking areas are located around the hotel and are numbered 1 to 3. Free and convenient, just a few steps from the entrance.
- Hotel Entrance – Here we warmly welcome you! The main entrance leads directly to the reception and all areas of the hotel.
- Bike Garage – For our cycling guests, we provide a secure place to store bicycles – perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings actively.

Our year-round guest programme, BergePLUS, is perfect for active nature lovers who want to experience Montafon in all its diversity. From spring to autumn, we offer a varied programme in hiking, biking and climbing to create unforgettable experiences. In winter, enjoy snowshoe hikes, winter walks and adventurous ice climbing – there’s something for everyone.

Bike Extras
- Daily guided bike tours: The Montafon Tourism Association organizes daily guided bike tours led by certified bike guides. E-bikes are available for a fee.
- Bike service: We offer lockable storage for your bike, as well as charging stations directly in the Bike House.
- Bike map for Montafon: We provide a bike map so you can explore the best routes in Montafon.
E-Bike Rental
During the summer months, you have the option to rent e-mountain bikes directly at the hotel (for a fee). They provide extra riding comfort and make it easy to explore the mountain landscape effortlessly.
E-Charging Station for Electric Cars
Traveling with an electric car – no problem for guests at Vitalquelle! ⚡_ As a sustainably minded hotel, we are happy to support all environmentally conscious guests who arrive by e-car. Two Type 2 charging stations with 22 kW connections each are available directly at our parking areas. Please note that charging cables are not provided by the hotel and must be brought with you.
Please understand that a fair usage fee of €0.75/kW applies.
Golf Member Hotel
Our hotel is proud to be a golf member hotel. If you are a passionate golfer, we offer special benefits to enhance your golfing experience in Montafon.
Complimentary Ski Shuttle
Advance Reservation: Our ski bus will be happy to take you, but we kindly ask you to reserve in advance to ensure a guaranteed departure time for all guests. The return trip is available upon request and with prior reservation. Please contact our Vitalquelle team in good time. Please note that return trips are no longer possible after 4:00 pm. In this case, you can use the public bus, which is also free of charge with your ski pass.
Montafon Card – Leisure WildPass
