Your Responsibilities:
- Preparation of high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Contributing creative ideas to the menu design
- Ensuring smooth operations in the kitchen
- Compliance with hygiene regulations and kitchen procedures
Your Qualifications:
- Completed training as a chef with solid knowledge of food and products
- Knowledge of HACCP guidelines
- A reliable, punctual and team-oriented personality
- Clean and efficient working style
- Strong sense of quality and attention to detail
- Creativity and a sense of aesthetics in food preparation
Full-time / 5-day working week
Part-time or by arrangement
Chef de Rang (m/w/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- Looking after our guests during the afternoon and evening service
- Independent management of your assigned service station
- Active support of the restaurant service team
- Advising guests on beverages and wine selection
Your Qualifications:
- Completed professional training in hospitality or gastronomy
- Friendly personality with a passion for the profession
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Enthusiasm and motivation
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent German skills
- Good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Enjoy working in a young, motivated and dynamic team
